2012 Showcase Lacrosse Refund Policy
I. 2012 Philly Boys Showcase Camp, June 15-17, 2012, St. Joseph's University
In the event a player who has registered for the Philly Boys Showcase Camp requests a refund, Showcase Lacrosse will grant written refund requests for good cause up until May 15, 2012. Such refunds will be issued either via check or via a credit back to the credit card (when available), less a $30 processing fee. After May 15, 2012 Showcase Lacrosse will issue refunds only when the registered player has a medical issue that prohibits participation in the Philly Showcase Camp . Showcase Lacrosse, at its sole discretion, may request medical documentation before processing a medical refund request.
II. 2012 Philly Girls Showcase Camp, July 17-19, 2012, Haverford College
In the event a player who has registered for the Philly Girls Showcase Camp requests a refund, Showcase Lacrosse will grant written refund requests for good cause up until June 15, 2012. Such refunds will be issued either via check or via a credit back to the credit card (when available), less a $30 processing fee. After June 15, 2012 Showcase Lacrosse will issue refunds only when the registered player has a medical issue that prohibits participation in the Philly Showcase Camp . Showcase Lacrosse, at its sole discretion, may request medical documentation before processing a medical refund request.
II. 2012 Philly Boys Showcase, November 16-18, Episcopal Academy; & 2012 Philly Girls Showcase, November 3, 2012, Westtown School
In the event a player who has registered for the either the Philly Boys Showcase or Philly Girls Showcase requests a refund, Showcase Lacrosse will grant written refund requests for good cause through Friday, September 30, 2012. Such refunds will be issued either via check or via a credit back to the credit card (when available), less a $30 processing fee. Beginning October 1, 2012, Showcase Lacrosse will issue refunds for the Philly Boys Showcase or Philly Girls Showcase only when the registered player has a medical issue that prohibits participation in the Showcase event. Showcase Lacrosse, at its sole discretion, may request medical documentation before processing a medical refund request.
